Instructions: Everyone has heard of Facebook, but not everyone knows Sheryl Sandberg who is the COO at Facebook. Prior to working at Facebook she was a senior executive at Google and before that Sheryl was Chief of Staff for the U.S. Treasury Department. This case study will be based on your assessment of her using the information we have covered so far (from the text or in class) that you believe to be relevant.
Since this is a graded assignment you are expected to work on your own. You must use at least four external references (in addition to your text or class notes) in your research and assessment of her as a leader.
All references (e.g. text, news articles, websites, etc.) should be properly cited using APA style. Note that any works cited must be listed at the end of the paper, as well as including proper in-text citations throughout the paper itself.
One strongly recommended source is an interesting video of her speaking to a live audience recently at Technology, Education and Design (TED). TED is a nonprofit organization committed to “ideas worth spreading” featuring internationally acclaimed speakers. In this 15 minute video Sheryl offers her thoughts on the topic of “Why we have so few women leaders.” You can watch the video at this URL:

- Total length of the paper should be between 4-5 pages not to include reference Paper length requirements are established based upon the level of analysis that is expected. Points will be deduced for papers NOT meeting the minimum length requirements.
