Evaluate said policies and procedures.
Create a summary of how the policies/ procedures comply with Australian laws & awards (which relate to the business)..
Explain reasons why the policy and procedures would meet the needs of the employees.
Explain what communication strategies/ systems are in place or are required to effectively implement the policies and procedures; this includes how employees will access the policy and procedures.
Explain the stakeholders that would be involved. Describe when you would involve them and the reasons why they should be involved.
Make suggestions for improving the policies/ procedures. For example, flow charts of the steps, plain English text, links to other documents…
Explain the risks of not having these policies/ procedures in place. What is the risk to the business?
Confirm training that might be required for successfully implanting the Separation/ Termination policy/ procedure.
Describe how we would measure the effectiveness of the policy.
